My recent topic heading is there but I don't get the choice of the topics I am in. It starts out with last day. The only way I can now view the topics I am in, is to do a search. And when I do pick something under My Recent Topics it says there are no matches. Even after this post.
1. The search is not working properly for the last few days worth of data. We hope to have it fixed over the weekend.
2. I modified the Active Topics menu. I changed it to My Recent Topics. All the searches under the My Recent Topics menu are for your posts only. It didn't make sense to have all of thsoe searches for recent topics on the forum when the limit on searches is set to 100 results anyway. The doesn't even cover an hour!

The problem with #2 right now is #1.
That's great for topics that I have started but how do you now search for topics that are active that you are participating in???? That selection is gone...or am I just missing something here. It was a great way to go back and check on recent topics you were participating in instead of trying to find them in the first few pages of posts.
Everything else is working pretty good and ya'll should be commended repeatedly for keeping this Forum head and shoulders above the rest
Been 5 days and it's still not working. Any news yet?
Not sure what your problem is at this point. Can you give me details so we can track it down? The search was fixed a few days ago for the searches I have been doing. We could have missed something but I haven't run across it yet.

That's actually what the My Recent Topics menu pulldown does now. It used to be called Active Topics because it searched for all active topics on the site when you clicked on a time frame. The name is now My Recent Topics and it searches for your topics/posts within those time frames.
It has been improved to show you any threads you started or any threads you posted in in the different time frames. 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 1 week & 2 weeks.

Under My Recent Topics, the first option used to get me to all the posts I've made. I can't remember what the option was called. Maybe Most Recent or something.
Now the first option I get is Last Day, then it goes farther back from there.

From the post above yours...

Why? The old way didn't show you any but the first 100 results for the last active day, week, etc... That made it pretty useless.
This way you can search for more recent topics of your own based on timeframe. It's still only one click to see your recent topics. If you liked the old timeframe just click on the Two Weeks option. It's the exact same thing as you had before.
It would help if you could give me useful feedback such as why you don't like something. That way it is taken as constructive criticism that can actually help us to continue to improve the site.
Maybe I was just used to the way it was before. Guess I'm just one of those people that doesn't like change. Now that you explained it to me, it's not so bad. Thanks for your time.
