to add a pic under your name click "user CP" in the red bar on the top of your screen then "edit avatar".
to add a picture to a post you first need to get it hosted. www.photobucket.com is the easiest to use because it resizes it and puts the tags on it its self. all you have to do is copy and past the img link it gives you into your message.
