Why the hell can I not post a picture with my thread? I click on insert image and it says "enter text to be formatted" Anyone out there with a detailed helping hand?

the pic has to be web hosted, right click on pic, properties... copy the address (URL) and paste it into the space that pops up when you click insert image
the address (URL) will look something like this...
