how do i make the upper left community options for c4?

Go to:

At the very bottom, change "Forum Skin" to C4

I think that's what you were looking for. If not, its because I'm blind after looking at the Hood Ornament referenced in another post!

on the top right where it says "Welcome, Dog.Soldier. -- C6" just change it to --C4
