Lemme try and help

First you need to have you pic hosted by a site, There are free sites out there and photobucket was recommended to me by someone on this forum.
http://www.photobucket.com/

Just create an account and start uploading pics to it. The only thing that is not good about photobucket i have found is the resizing tool they use takes a long time. If you can resize it yourself that would be a plus.

Once you have a pic ready for posting you want to copy the "address" that the pic is given. I use the bottom of the three addresses which should appear under you hosted pics.

Once copied (I use Ctrl + C) go into the advance section of replying to a thread where you can insert the smileys and such. In the message section immediately underneath "size" you will see a yellow box with what looks to me like mountains. Click that box and a window opens, you want to paste the "address" in that box (I use Ctrl + V). Then hit ok and it should put the address in the space where you type your message. If done right once you post it your pic should appear on the thread. You can also check it by previewing post as that also allows the pics to be seen

Good Luck and it really isn't that hard once you do it a few times. I know at first I was like whoah and it took me a few times but now its cake!
