Simply copy the text from the img box into here and it should post that image.
The text you post will look something like this:
[IMG]http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a321/sjreeh/b66f03de.jpg until you review or submit your message.

Start your thread and when your ready to submit a picture you will want to click on the little mountain scenery image on the tool bar that displays "Insert Image", a box will show up prompting you to enter a URL. Go back to your photobucket where you have your pics. uploaded and highlite the URL by left clicking on it then right click and copy the URL of the pic. you'd like to post and paste it into the prompt box. You have to do this each time you want to post a pic. Hope this helps ?
