You need to upload them to a computer connected to the internet. Your internet service provider probably offers you the ability to have a webpage and has some online tools for uploading picture files. You don't have to set up a webpage, but you can use the tools to upload the picture files. Once you have done so, these pictures has an internet address, e.g., "http://www.internetserviceprovider.com/username/picturefile.jpg". It is this internet address that you insert in CF posts. You can use the "Advanced" function to insert the image file in the posting, or you can simply insert "[img]" in front of the internet address of the picture and "[/img]" at the end of the internet address. You don't need any spaces after or before the brackets.

Every time i ask a question on these forums I'm directed somewhere else. Thanks for the help will post in coming days, once i figure out how to do it , sorry if you guy didn't like my attitude.

Well you certainly aren't lazy are you? It was posted that all you had to do was to go up a few inches for the help you asked about. Guess that would be asking too much of you.
