jhong321 (User name) is having problems loging on to the system.
Is there away he can get back on?

He is reporting that he can PM people but thats all.

 

Is he a new member? If so, then two things to note. 1) It takes about 24 hours to be approved before he can log on and 2) An e-mail is sent when the approval is done. In that e-mail is a link that must be followed in order to complete the registration.

Sometimes that e-mail goes into a junk mail folder and has to be found there.

Now, if he isn't a new member and has forgotten his password, when he logs in he can leave the password field blank. The next screen comes up giving him a link he can go to and have his password e-mailed to him.

If neither of these are the case, then have him PM me and I can work with him from there.
