Default Luddite needs help!! Page format query!!

I'm not very computer conversant, so please bear with me. I'm having (actually have had for quite awhile) a page formatting problem, such that when I make a reply to a thread, the smilies do not appear on the right side of the reply "box". The reply box seems wider than it should be, or at least extends or is shifted too far over to the right (actually off the screen). Instead of the smilies I get random black spots where the smilies would normally appear, but again it is cut off on the right side of the screen. My computer uses Netscape 7; I tried going to the forum via Internet Explorer, and the page seemed Ok and the smilies showed up there. I've cleared my memory and disc cache without any change. Can anyone help me figure out what I can do to fix this?
My e-mail address is wamara@verizon.net
Thanks.

Thanks.
Netscape and Firefox use the same underlying code. I use fire fox and my edit box and smilies scroll over to the right ALMOST off the screen. That issue has been reported, but as of late, not been fixed.

As far as the black spots, did you clear cookies, cache and internet files from Netscape? I think each browser keeps their own. The next thing to try is to log out of the forum. This clears some of the cookies. Then log back in.

I did clear all those things w/o any success. Thanks for the suggestions though. Anyone else using Netscape 7 and having/ not having this problem?
