No daily email notification

No daily email notification
Prior to the recent upgrade, I received the daily email notifications of C2 threads and posts at about 1AM each morning. Since the upgrade, the daily notification have gone away, and, despite resetting every day, they won't come back.
Is this a problem with the Forum or on my end? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
