can't edit posts etc etc...

can't edit posts etc etc...
none of the buttons show up at the top of any posts to edit, reply etc etc......I have tried to restart everything several times , but it just appears the same as it is now.....no avatars, no pix, nothing but text....

1991 Loses power
I have a 1991 Corvette with 35,000 miles. I have replaced the fuel filter; plugs; cap and rotor. It usually runs well except for intermitant times it loses power. The engine still runs smooth w/ no misses. Along the highway acceleration is flat and nees more gas to maintain speed. Any ideas?
