edit profile picture
i cant seem to get a picture on my profile. i have successfully got them into a forum. ive done the photobucket thing but when i try it tells me its a bad url. can anyone help?

I see you have the pic in your profile (profile pic is seen only when viewing your profile).
Do you mean a pic to show up in your signature? That is the area below the posting window (shown below with my 4 vettes and other items).
UserCP/ Edit Signature is where you would put that. You also appear to have mastered the picture posting technique (different than the avatar and profile uploading technique).
Once you have it in your signature, if you want it to show below your posts, you will need to check the "Show Signature" box below this edit window.
Also, there is a testing section of the forum where you can test things out
