Why do all my pictures I post come out as a thumbnails? Do I have an option? All my pictures are down sized to fit the forum, AL.
Can you provide a link of an example of what you are referring to?
Some sites will provide you several urls to use, one being a thumbnail and one being the regular size pic. Some even add a "_tn" to the end of the pic to show it is a thumbnail.
Even with the "My Corvette Photos", I think you have the thumbnail and the regular pic. You have to use the right "link properties" of the url to get the pic you want.
Also, just in case you mean this, the attachment feature provided to supporting members is a "thumbnail" feature. Other vBulletin sites have turned on a switch where you can show your pic in the post as both a thumbnail and regular pic. This site does not turn on that feature.
Hope this info helps....I'll check in for any follow up questions
If you are talking about the thumbnail used in the thread "'68 fever..." in the C3 General section, particularly this post of yours, then we are talking about the "attachment" feature you are using to post pics.
If you want the pic to show inside the window at normal size, you will need to review the other stickies in this section and look at a hosting site. Photobucket tutorials are provided and will allow you to post the full pic in your post.
