If you paid using paypal and a credit card, it is automatic.
If you paid using paypal and a bank account, the mgmt waits until it clears the bank before manually updating your status.
I will contact mgmt based on the manner and date of payment

Actually, it's paypal that waits if it is paid from a bank account. Not us. Then it processes when they clear it.
It sounds like that is not the case here. I'll take a look and see what I can figure out.

I'm not sure what happened on that one. The system shows the payment but you didn't get your subscription extended for some reason.
Anyway, sorry for the trouble. I have fixed it.
Thanks for the support!

I hope it is ok to tack my question onto this thread. It is along the same vein...
I paid to be a supporting member through PayPal. I am still not showing that way and I cannot attach files. Is there something I am supposed to do once I have paid?
TIA

There are two methods of paypal payments 1) credit card or 2) bank draft.
If you paid paypal and used credit card, you should see almost immediately the stars with your avatar and have attachment feature.
If you paid using paypal and bank account, it takes about a week to clear and then the stars and features appear.
If either one has exceeded the time limit, let me know and I will forward this to the administrators.

Thanks for the quick reply.
My PayPal shows that it is a completed transaction. I guess I will have to be patient and wait for the process to complete.

I'm in no rush but after reading this it sounds like PayPal may be delaying payments? For what it's worth, I paid from my PayPal balance on July 8th.

I have fixed all of your accounts. It seems that we had trouble for several days and most of the problems came from that period. I tested everything this morning and found that the glitch has come back.
I will need to check them manually until we get it working properly. There may be a bit of a delay on new subscriptions for now. Please let me know if you have paid and I have missed your account.
