PM problems.... need help!

PM problems.... need help!
Last night I have been trying to send a few PMs and I don't think any of them sent! After I click send PM it takes me right back to my PM inbox; doesn't say it was sent nor does it show up in the PM 'sent' folder.
I've never had this problem before.
