Wierd results when replying to Posts

Wierd results when replying to Posts
How come I get this message everytime I reply to a post: "This forum requires that you wait 10 seconds between posts. Please try again in 9 seconds." This occurs even if I haven't made a post in an hour. Just started happening in the last week or so. Very bothersome.

If using IE, go to Tools/Options and clear cache and Temp Internet files. Then log out and back into the forum to clear the forum cookies.
