Is there a special way of posting pics on this site. i am having a hard time attaching, also the pics of the vetts next to your names, how is that down. thanks

post your pics up somewhere like photobucket or something it is free to do so... copy the url for the pic and when u are ready to post here it goes like this, type;

[img]PASTE THE URL HERE[/img]

In order to post pictures here, they need to be "hosted" on a web server somewhere. You can't post them from your computer (unless it's a web server that anyone can access).

Anyway, here is a link to the best instructions I've seen.
TriumphGT6 did a great job detailing the process

Go to www.photobucket.com and create yourself an account (it's free). Then just follow the instructions in the link below

If you are talking about the small pic under your forum name, that is called an avatar. It must be no bigger than 150x150 pixels and 29kb max. You go to UserCP, Edit Avatar and you can upload it from your computer.

If you are talking about the pics below your posts, that is called a signature pic and those are a bit more difficult. See the stickies in this section about photobucket
