Rules for Using the Forum?
Is there a place on the Forum that describes sets forth the rules?
For instance,
1) I am a Junior Member and, as I understand it, I can't post photos or attachments - Is this correct?
2) What mechanism converts a Junior Member to a Senior Member?
3) Etc.

Also, some of the sticky threads in this section will help, such as how to post photos and what the stars mean.
Yes you can post photos, but it takes being a Supporting Member to have the feature to be able to have attachments to your post.
