HOw would I post a PDF file with pictures on the forum? Do I convert it or something? Thanks!

Much like you would a picture...upload it to a hosting site, provide a link to the pdf.

i hosted it at my Yahoo but they still would not come up just the red X

It won't "show" as a pic, you will just have to link to it like I did above. There is no way to make a PDF show like an "image".
I will test seeing what it looks like as an attachment...

Nope...since PDF's are not "images" they won't show the same way pics would.
