Is it safe to say that all support for the grandfathered web pages will be discontinued in the future and those pages will not be accessible to editing???
It would be nice to know so we can begin looking into othe areas

You may want to start looking at other options. Typically your ISP gives you space with their monthly fee to provide a web page.
