I'm new to this forum and I can't send a private message. Why?

 

You may need to describe what is happening when you do try. Once you are approved to post on this forum, you should be able to send PMs.

I sent one to you. Reply back and we can go from there...

 

I just tried to send a PM to Flareside and I don't believe it worked.

 

Below the PM edit window is a checkbox to "Save Sent" items. You may want to check that next time you send one so you can have a record.

If that forum name is not valid, it will tell you.

Otherwise, you can check the "get receipt" option from the popup you get once you do submit. You will get an inbox confirmation when the receiving person reads it (assuming they confirm to send that receipt).

If unsure, next time add a semi-colon and your own forum name and try that. That way you can see if you are sending out PM's.
