Go to OTHER on the menu line.
Go to Member's List.
Scroll over to the right, click on Search Members.
Click on Advanced Search.
Then you can put the state in the state field and you should be able to find members that "put their state" in that field.
Many leave it blank or use it to add sayings below their avatars.
