Suggestion
Is there some way to request that people posting in the Events & Regional Forum put something in the title to indicate, at minimum, the state in which the event is taking place? Some already do but most don't. Or has this already been tried and failed?

It usually has to "catch on" and other's follow it. Sometimes a Regional Coordinator for that area/section can contact me or another moderator and we can update/change the title.
Whenever a sticky is made, we do try to put area and date of the event in the title.
