Default Advanced posting problem

The advance posting box on my computer is way over to the right, cutting off 1/2 of the smilies. The background is oriented correctly and I can see both edges. The grey area that you type in is like shifted off the background.I downloaded the new Explorer 7 from Microsoft but can't see how that could cause this problem.HELP PLEASE.

I don't think it is a vBulletin problem. I think someone was tweaking the code for this site and messed it up. I don't think Troy's other sites do this...they didn't with Firefox anyway.
