Default Posting problem

Having a small problem posting new threads and replies. When I go to the page to do these things it seems like its shifted to far to the right. The smilies are barely visible and when I slide bar on bottom to right it barely helps at all. It seems the text/smilies area needs to be shifted to the left a couple of inches but i can't figure out how to do it. This problem just started it seems a couple days ago. All I can see of the smilies section is the first row going down. Thanks for your help!

This problem has been around for a while for firefox users. I have reported it and created a sticky. I have not had any feedback that this issue is going to be fixed.
