Yes...I have several completely emptied but can't seem to delete the folder itself.
Inbox and Send folders are probably not able to be deleted.
Custom folders probably can:
UserCP
Control Panel/Edit Folders
To rename a folder, edit the folder's name in the list.
To delete a folder, remove the folder's name from the list. All messages stored in this folder will be moved to the Inbox.
