I know I've seen the answer b4, but could someone enlighten me on how to post (1) a pic for the ID profile (when a thread is posted by me). (2) general pics of my 71 vert in the profile. I have signed up & posted pics on photobucket, that much I remember. Hey! The 70s were a blur for me, I'm just catching up... Thanks:

The profile picture and avatar pictures can be downloaded from your desktop. Save them to your desktop in a JPEG form, no bigger than 500x500. Then, just upload from your computer.
Uploading from Photobucket is only for adding pictures to a thread.

Got to play with this... When I reduced a current pic to 500x500, I wound up with a headlight pic.
I had trouble tracking down what program you were talking about. The one from that first link seems to be for creating desktops and screen savers. Is it the re sizer you were talking about?
Yes, scroll down halfway on the right...look for Image Resizer
It's rather nice because after downloading all you have to do is right click on a photo and you will have a Resize Pictures option...once selected you can resize to 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 240x320

Wow that's kind of cool. Very easy to install...it's free, and even the un-computer friendly people can use it.
