1) Delete all temporary internet files from your browser.
2) Log out of the forum, then back in to delete and refresh forum cookies.

I still think it is something on your computer or the forum server that needs cleaning up. If it is the server, I don't know what to do there.
But you can try ccleaner and see if that helps to clean up temp files and cookies.
