Getting "Invalid URL" when trying to upload Avatar image

Default Getting "Invalid URL" when trying to upload Avatar image
I am getting a "invalid URL" when I try to insert the following link for a custom avatar. Any ideas? It appears as though the app only likes URL's that start with "www". Obviously, this one does not.

Any ideas are much appreciated.

Avatars, such as my Ace Ventura, must be no larger than 150x150 pixels and 29kb or less. The above pic is full size and must be reduced in order to use as an avatar.

The thumbnail version is close, 160x120, but still too big.

I use freeware Irfanview to do most of my picture resizing.

See if you can use the attachment...
