I can see everyone elses sig except my own, I know it works too.

You must check the "Show my signature" check box below the posting edit window. Look for the box Miscellaneous Options below.

Etiquette is to show your signature once per thread.

So there is no way that it will automaticaly show when I post a reply (you have to click it every time ?).

You will have to select it each time you want it to show.
