Loren lundberg (forum name, DesertPilgrim) is not being recognized. When he sends for a new password, it is saying that it does not recognize his Email address. Keep in mind, that he was just sent an Email at this same address to get a password. There is no general Email address for the forum, so when you are locked out, there is no way to contact. Please contact Loren and see if you can get him access.
His Email address is the only one he has ever had, and the password was the only one he has ever had.

He sent for a new password, but doesn't recognize the e-mail address. Is this Loren's e-mail or the forum's e-mail that isn't recognized?
But he was just sent an e-mail to him from the forum to get a new password? Could it be because he failed to log in successfully 3 times that the forum sent him an e-mail?
If he failed 3 times to get logged in, the forum may send an e-mail regarding that. I also think it will reset after some period of time and you can try logging in again.
