That's an avatar and it cannot be any larger than 150 pixels X 150 pixels.
Click on "User CP" on the left side of the screen, then "Edit Avatar." Select "Use Custom Avatar" if you have one you want to use. Then you have a choice of Option 1 (avatar is on the web) or Option 2 (avatar is on your hard drive).
If it's on your hard drive, you can browse to look for it, select it, then click on save changes. That should do it.
If it's on the web, in option 1, enter the URL, then click on save changes.
