Default Forum Problems - Unable to login/DB Errors

I'd say there is certain a forum issue. I couldn't log in this afternoon from a machine. It was not my machine, nor browser. I tried FireFox and IE. Both would allow me to login, gave me the "thank-you" message, but then immediately would redirect me back to the login page.

I'm only able to post this (logged in) because I'm using a different machine which already had me logged in.

It wouldn't be a problem for me, had the forums not been set up so you cannot search without being logged in. Not being able to login, meant the search wasn't available. If the Admins are concerned about server load and unnecessary searches, why not use the "image verification string" for non-logged in users if you want to reduce server load and restrict searches to only valid ones?

Earlier this afternoon, the forums was producing a database error message. It was a mysql error for the session table being full.

fubar.

Using firefox I have had to go to Tools/Options/Clear all data on each section I want to go to.

Good luck, and may the force be with you!
