Who would be the right person to contact with a technical problem regarding uploading avitars for my account?
I currently have an avitar that I did in Photoshop (I am very graphic literate) that measures 2 in x 2 in and 144x144 pixels at 72 dpi. When I try to upload it, it chokes and says the file size is too big. This can't be? I've uploaded an avitar that is slightly bigger than this. I also emailed Grumpy with this problem before, and he temporarily fixed it for me back in February.
Today, when I tried to upload a new avitar, I've got the same problem again for some reason. I need to know who the right tech person is on the forum that can fix this problem for me once and for all, and stop bugging Grumpy about this.
I even uploaded the image to Photobucket, which can automatically resize it to an avitar and again, I got the same message that the friggin file size is too big!
The link is below. Heck, I even copied and pasted your avitar, renamed and and tried uploading it and again, it choked. There is definately SOMETHING WRONG with my account!
Here is the link to my avitar. I'm going to upload a higher resolution and you can try and tweak the size for me.
Please don't cut my avitar cut down to the size of a postage stamp to make it fit.
