Quote Issue
Whenever I try to "Quote" now it does not seem to work right.
It leaves the word quote in front and back of the text and does not put it in a gray box.
OK I give up. What am I doing wrong?

No spaces between the brackets. If you don't have it just right, it won't work and may look funny.
