I don't recommend doing anytning that would get you in trouble but....

If you have a machine at home and the RDP\terminal services client port is not blocked, then you could remote into your machine at home and surf CF from your home computer.

They have been blocking all sorts of sites here too. E-Bay, Youtube, some news sites and anything with a suggestive word in the title. Can't see any of the pictures most of the OT people post unless they link it.

If you're running XP or Vista it is already built into your operating system under accesories\communications. A few things have to happen for this to work like:

1) Knowledge of your external IP address

2) RDP allowed in your windows firewall and router.

3) User name and password


Once these are taken care of you can connect remotely and see your desktop as long as your PC at home is left on.

Yeah, I know ways around it but there's NFW I will attempt them. If it's blocked for a reason I will respect it. But if it's just a snafu somewhere I'd be happy to have it again.

I'm still lightly sniffing around at work but so far nothing has turned up. I did ask someone else to check if they can reach here and they couldn't.
