Link from main page wrong?

Link from main page wrong?
From main page I drop down the FORUMS link (C5, C4, C3, etc) and go to C3, which expands to 3 choices.
I choose C3 General, but it takes me to tech/performance.

I get 4 sections with the C3 section...and C3 General takes me to the right place... Does your drop down look like the one below?
