Toward the left side of the red menu at the top of this page, click on USER CP. On the next page that appears, in the Control Panel, click on EDIT PROFILE. Then on the next page that appears, enter your city, state and/or country info in the "Additional Information" box and click on the SAVE CHANGES button toward the bottom of the page.
Should you need additional help, go to the Forum Help Section and one of the moderators should be along to assist you shortly.
