Seems to run fime for me but it does take about 20 seconds to initially load when I launch my browser. It sits on "detecting proxy settings" and "host found... waiting for reply" messages but after that, I have no problems.

I still am, but it's been slightly better.
Remember how bad it was right before IB did some maintenance about a month or so ago? It was actually worse than that. Like I said, it's gotten better since then, but still have issues with pages not loading and trying to load upwards of a minute before they finally time out.
