CF running slow recently?

CF running slow recently?
Of all the message boards I belong to CF has been super slow lately, slower than it used to be for me at least. Sometimes it never moves on from the reply screen but if I open up my CP in another window it shows that the reply has already been added. As of right now, creating this thread, I clicked on my CP which has been loading for 5 minutes now.
I thought maybe I had some spyware, but all scans show no problem, and I don't have a problem with any other sites as of now...and I have been having problems with it while at work as well...
Any thoughts or known issues?

Have you cleaned out your temp internet files lately? Lots of times that helps.

Yeah...and it moves like lighting when it moves, but it has been hanging a lot (maybe that is a better description). Like I will click User CP and it will take 5 min or just not load at all, but once it DOES load it's super fast as usual.

Yes, there have been some issues lately. It has also affected e-mail notifications, PMs, all sorts of forum functions.
