Default slow and no!!

i am having the site download slow then proceeds as norman. But when going from on site to another, it slows down again. When forum members show pictures on their posts they don,t show up. Neither do the forum supporters on the left side of the page. I have gone on the cp, then to options about a third down and made sure "show pictures" was checked. It lasted one evening. Would like some ideas on how to fix this. I'm missing out on some good info. Other wise this site has some good info, and some interesting people, to say the least!!!! Thanks John

There are 3 checkboxes in the View visible post elements area. Make sure all 3 are checked.

If it lasted one evening, try deleting all your temporary internet files, delete your cache, log out and then back into the forum.

cleaned out cookies and temp site and history and made sure all three boxes were checked, logged out and logged back in. Nothing yet. I have noticed at the bottom of the screen, left side, it says downloading picture and it never happens. it stays like that until I go to another section. It might be my computor and not the site.

Try changing your theme from what it is now to another generation. You can change your theme in the upper right corner of the screen next to your forum name. Use the drop down to change it.
