FWIW, I'm on a 15.4" MBP 2.2GHz as we speak, and the ads show in both FF and Safari.
Do you do any testing with Windows PCs? That's where a lot of the reported display problems are coming from.

Things look pretty good on my 1280x960 PC but at 1024x768 the Reply box is shifted too far to the right. Have seen a lot of people complain they need to scroll to see the Smilies, they are most likely running Windows. That's 90% of the market.
