Where is the official status thread or article from the owners/operators?
The thread should say something like:
We are aware of the following problems so you don't need to continue reporting them:
MRT
Archives
Slow
Database Error Page
Site Unstable
and then it should go on to say either "This is how it is going to be from now on so get over it" Or "We are going to fix these issues as soon as we find a DBA with a clue."

Read that last line. From the looks of the Help section, there has been a LOT of feedback and no results.
I think the group has been more than patient.

this has gone from the best forum on the internet to just plain unbearble to be on with all the delays. The silence from the owners/people in responsiblity is deafening and in any other area people would be fired for thsi incompetence. Honestly the pathetic explanations only look reinforce the thought they don't know what they're doing or don't give a damn. It's a shame and it really is pissing people off.
