All of us were experiencing the problem until yesterday, but it's been working fine for me for more than 24 hours now.

I had the appropriate number of e-mail notifications on my PMs this morning, so this feature is working at least part of the time. There are a number of possibilities on why you aren't getting yours -- probably more than I can imagine.
One possibility is that the e-mails might be going into your spam folder. Another is that the system is slow and not processing all of the auto-generated e-mails on a timely basis.
Although I have no technical expertise, it seems to me the system continues to have problems handling loads during periods when use peaks. I know the IB tech team is putting a lot of effort into a solution, but I don't have any details or timetables.
