Default Ads on the left side

Can we cut back on the amount of ads we have on the left side of the page? We have ads at the top, bottom, and sides of this forum. On a mobile device, ****ty internet, etc it takes too long to load. I don't think we need 50 pictures down the left side of the page.

Plus, you used to be able to hit the "end" key to get to the bottom of a page of posts - now if the page isn't filled with posts it takes you like 10 feet to the bottom of the web browser because the pictures extend that far regardless of the amount of posts on the page.

Every thread is like the Corvette yellow pages. Hell there are categories like "Clutches" and "Cylinder Heads" that are just taking up space with no ads even in that category.

I'm sure a mobile version has been requested in the past. Maybe that's something IB can introduce at some point in the future after they get all of the other bugs with the site sorted out.

Not just for mobile, but those ads are effing tacky. And you can't hit "end" anymore to get to the bottom of the page because it sends you into oblivion.

I agree - it's always been like that. You'd think the adds would get more play if they had a smaller list and just rotated the vendors.

CF has always been very unfriendly to mobile devices. I've tried the site with Treo's, iPhones, etc .. None of them work all that great.. In fairness, part of that is a vBulletin issue..
