Default Vendor Problem

Mods,

Please help. I made some purchases thru a supporting vendor and have a problem with the goods. Is there anything the forum can do for support? I feel it inclined that others should no about this unfortunate experience. I would also like to get the $200 bucks I am out. Can someone offer me support, PM?

Thank You

Please post the vendor so others will have a headsup. Best thing to do imho is just state the facts without emotion. Good luck.

Follow the rules regarding "unresolved disputes" and you should have no problems with the moderators. Make sure you post the thread in the proper forum.

They will probably ask if you've done everything you can to resolve the issue before posting the details of the situation.

Once all reasonable efforts have failed to resolve the issue offline, you can post a factual account of the unresolved dispute as per the rules in the above-referenced link.

If you want us to contact the vendor on your behalf before you proceed further, just let me know.
