deleting visitor messages

Can someone please tell me how to completely delete visitor message. Thanks

I came here looking for the answer myself. I guess no one really knows. When I do a delete, it still takes up the space. Now what??

I came here for an answer to that too. It still takes up space with the message deleted box. I wanted to clean it up so there are not pages of stuff.

Requests to change some of the administrative thing on this site have not been addressed one way or another by IB staff. We report or request and let them decide what settings (if any) are to be made.
