that is one of the wonderful 'upgrade' errors that has surfaced........it helps to keep the forum nice and slow, we don't want anyone surfing CF to quickly.......

I got the same error message when trying to post to a thread. Although the system seemed to be okay when I hit the "submit reply" button, my post never got to the thread.

Also having problems opening threads.

It's getting old, folks. I don't know how much more I can stand.

It's certainly frustrating. Is there any reason why we can't get some sort of status report from IB? If they're busy right now trying to fix the problem, I can understand that. But whatever was done at last week's "upgrade", it seems to be clear that the DB problems weren't fixed.

Having worked in an IT environment, I can certainly understand the customer frustration which is in this case is the CF members. Management (on both the customer side and the IT side) would be wanting (demanding ??) ongoing status reports that include a description of the problem, specific steps for a solution, and a firm date on the implementation of the solutions.
