Changing Text in Links

Changing Text in Links

I knwo I have seen this done if anyone can please help.

Instead of having a link give some long htttp.www.phobucketr.blah blha blah

How do you change the link to just read PICTURES and be able to click on it and have it go to the actual place spelled out?

I hope this makes sense
