If you are talking about a picture at the bottom of each of your posts, you need to create a signature, and whenever you post, select the checkmark for "Show your signature".
To edit your signature, go to UserCP and Edit Signature:

If you are talking about a picture that appears under your username, on the left side, of each of your posts, you need to create an avatar.
To edit your avatar, go to UserCP and Edit Avatar:
